"Great ai-based calling tool for SDRs"

What do you like best about Koncert? The ability to call in mass, leverage ai for calling and scale outbound calling. What do you dislike about Koncert? There aren't many downsides to Koncert! Occasionally we have had issues with EMEA based calling for outbound, however the team is usually quick to solve. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? It is allowing us to call hundreds of contacts in maybe an hour which would normally take us 5+ hours.

What do you like best about Koncert? What's most helpful is the ability to dial multiple people at once (4 contacts at a time) through an AI dialer. What do you like best about Koncert? The upsides are being able to keep everything organized while being able to dial fast. I love how you can take notes after the call as well as put a certain asset on how a call went. What do you dislike about Koncert? Sometimes when I do get a connection, there's some lag time. What do you like best about Koncert? Koncert has added real firepower to outreach efforts. What do you dislike about Koncert? The ONLY downside I've seen is hardly a complaint but, its value is purely a power dialer. We are not using this for personal follow-up. Even its focused feature still rolls through leads with speed. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? The time lost to cycling through leads. Manually setting cadences and keeping momentum going.
