"Improving Sales Experience with Koncert"
What do you like best about Koncert? The ability of the parallel dialer to call on multiple lines at once. What do you dislike about Koncert? Minor bugs with the product, mainly that some clients don't save as DNC. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting in contact with the prospects our company needs to talk with.

What do you like best about Koncert? Dialing hundreds of prospects in a short time. What do you dislike about Koncert? No dial-tone, just have to be ready to answer. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to contact many more prospects in a shorter time with the AI dialer.

"Koncert is easy to use and effective"
What do you like best about Koncert? It is very easy to use and is very effective in contacting prospects on the phone in a timely manner What do you dislike about Koncert? I can't copy and past emails from the call screen. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? Koncert solves the problem of taking so much time to making cold calls manually. I am able to upload call lists and make thousands of dials within a few hours.

What do you like best about Koncert? Koncert saved me an INSANE amount of time in my day to day. It is very simple to get set up and transfer due tasks from Outreach to Koncert for calls. What do you dislike about Koncert? "Koncert Dialer"
What do you like best about Koncert? Had a bunch of manual workflows including cold calling and emailing. Koncert helped me power through calls which in turn gave me more time to prospect and personalize messages. What do you dislike about Koncert? There are sometimes crashes Delay in connect to prospect for their current AI build Refresh isn't automatic What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? Koncert solved my worklow issues regarding time usage on manual tasks.

"The most mature Paralallel AI dialer"
What do you like best about Koncert? I trialed 7 AI parallel dialers this year and each has plusses and minuses in terms of features, usability, and pricing. A few things stood out about Koncert versus other dialers in the market. First, their sales and customer onboarding are outstanding, top notch.
