"Great For Outbound Sales"

What do you like best about Koncert? Makes the cold calling aspect of outbound sales super easy and efficient, allowing me to get tons of time back in my day and convert prospects faster. What do you dislike about Koncert? Occasionally calls drop, but it hasn't been a consistent problem. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? Connecting with more prospects, booking more meetings, making outbound process more efficient.

What do you like best about Koncert? ConnectLeader makes cold calling a lot less painful and a lot faster - only connect with available prospects and don't have to spend time listening to dial tones. What do you dislike about Koncert? Sometimes you get connected to an operator or wrong person, no big deal though. Also hard to tell if a you have a bad number since you aren't dialing yourself. What do you like best about Koncert? The tool is a great tool to drive higher volumes of calls and efficiency. My reps are able to make more calls per hour making the rest of the time during the day more productive. What do you dislike about Koncert? Not much to say here, I don't have anything to compare this product to so I would say we have not seen any cons yet. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Koncert? Numbers don't lie, and since using ConnectLeader I have definitely dialed more, spoken to more, and qualified more prospects than ever before. "At first, I was not satisfied with ConnectLeader. It improved over time"

What do you like best about Koncert? The sheer amount of dials you're able to make is certainly helpful. You're able to get through about 100-200 dials per hour depending on your list. It also randomly generates a number for you if you wish to dial that way. What do you dislike about Koncert? Unfortunately the browser itself is extremely inconsistent. What do you like best about Koncert? The functionality and support ConnectLeader offer. What do you dislike about Koncert? Any tool like this takes time to learn, so there's a curve there but it's not steep. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? We are trying to reach more contacts faster. We've seen a 4x increase in our hit rate simply because we've reduced the time dialing and are able to hit so many contacts so much faster.
