What do you like best about Koncert? Connect leader has been a great tool for us to get in touch with key prospects. Being able to upload lists and have automated dialing for an hour is a great tool! What do you dislike about Koncert? It does not happen often, but occasionally there are some hiccups with regard to slow dialing or lag time. However this is a rare occurrence. What do you like best about Koncert? ConnectLeader allows me to put more dials, in less time to my prospects. It is a seamless transition going from SalesForce to ConnectLeader - which makes following up on events or reaching out to a large number of prospects extremely easy. What do you dislike about Koncert? It would be nice to be able to customize your view a little more (different filters). Outside of that there isn't much to dislike. What do you like best about Koncert? Connect with way more prospects than if using any standard dialing tool. What do you dislike about Koncert? What do you like best about Koncert? The best part of ConnectLeader is being able to use the team dialer. This has allowed me to go from making 150 dials per week, 5-10 conversations, to having over 100 conversations per week. What do you dislike about Koncert? What do you like best about Koncert? ConnectLeader helps to contact as many prospects in a short amount of time! More dials, more connects, more opportunities! CL support is also really responsive.
