Having the dialer be so responsive is a huge benefit not to mention the convenience of a seamless integration with our CRM. What do you dislike about Koncert? There have been times where the connected call goes to voicemail and I feel a better option would be an actual person. This is in no way a major flaw just on observation! What do you like best about Koncert? The fact that Connect Leader can link with your CRM tool like SalesForce is a god send alone. But not only that but the group dialer and personal dialer has saved me so much time and effort plugging in numbers manually. This is the evolution in sales...and if you ain't dialing you ain't making money.
