What do you like best about Koncert? Koncert has allowed us to aggressively target our prospects. No more waiting on the off chance of someone responding to email flurries. Makes our job 100x easier. What do you dislike about Koncert? The only downside is a rarity- occasionally the line will be transferred a second too late and the person will hang up in the brief pause. What do you like best about Koncert? Koncert's TeamDialer solution connects my sales development reps w/ an average of 10+ live prospect conversations in a single hour, as opposed to the 2 or 3 we would have doing our own dialing. What do you like best about Koncert? I like how efficient and easy to use the flow dialer is. I also appreciate how prompt the Koncert Support team is to answer any of my questions. Just as rare, it isn't easy to find a partner that invests in understanding your use case and treating it like a partnership.
