What do you like best about Koncert? AE and support are very responsive. The product works as advertised What do you dislike about Koncert? I wish there were a middle ground between the personal dialer and team dialer ie a voice recognition AI to connect me to a live person What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to call hundreds of people a day if necessary. I love that it records all my notes and activities into salesforce automatically

What do you like best about Koncert? The team dialer allows for extreme efficiency in dialing outbound B2B calls. What do you like best about Koncert? Before Koncert, we would be dialing each prospect one by one. Now, with Koncert we can get a whole week's worth of dialing in just one day! What do you like best about Koncert? It's always difficult to find a technology partner that can work seamlessly with your use case. Just as rare, it isn't easy to find a partner that invests in understanding your use case and treating it like a partnership. What do you like best about Koncert? Easy of use and relative quality of dialer agents. What do you dislike about Koncert? Having to schedule time. Not being well integrated with our CRM Recommendations to others considering Koncert: Great product. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? We do not have a BDR and I am full cycle sales. Koncert allows me to make hundreds of calls a week instead of 100.
