"Easy to work with"
What do you like best about KnowledgeOwl? The system is easy to work with, even if you know little to nothing about setting up a knowledge base system. Also, the communication is great.

What do you like best about KnowledgeOwl? Good controls and ability to link knowledge bases to each other so you only have to update once and have changes reflected on all Kbs. Also good customer service and support when I got stuck or needed advice
