What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? I like the way that everything is tracked, stats are easy to pull up and understand. I also like how easy it is to get started with training and phishing campaigns.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? I really like the automation of the tool. It is nice to be able to be completely hands off. Also, the support is great! They are always able to help and usually will offer to make changes or improvements for you.

"Efficient and Customizable Security Solution for Medium + Businesses"
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The features I like the most is the ability to sync KnowBe4 with Azure AD. With this feature it makes it much easier for me to manage the security of my users all in one place no matter if we add, remove, or edit users in our AD, it is all synced back to the KnowBe4 portal so I don't have to edit users in multiple places.

"A Highly Featured Service with Flexibility"
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? I really like the detailed tracking. The tracking allows our organization to see progress, find individuals who need more training and ensure compliance with training policy. I appreciated the flexibility in training programs and the extensive library of materials.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? I like the interface, I spend the bulk of my time, on the Training, Users, and Reporting Tab. Some of my users enjoy collecting badges. It seems every time I log into the system I receive a refresh button so I'm glad the site is constantly being refreshed with updates. I like the notifications feature for our managers on a campaign. I thought about setting up security roles to allow the managers access to pull their own ...
