What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? So many features we like. The Phish Alert button in Outlook, ability to query our Office 365 user mailboxes to remove Phish email. Love the engaging training library with lots of positive feedback from our users. They like some of the funny characters in videos while learning. The phishing tests can be set to be very difficult to spot; it also gives you insight into who is a greater security risk so you can assess access limitations for that person. The broad base of topics means we can cover other training besides IT. Our employees find it easy to use and understand.

"Training for Your Last Line of Defense"

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? KnowBe4 has great training videos, a great platform for making your own phishing emails, and the best feature is probably the Phish ER system where you can use the system to analysis a reported message from your users for malware (using a scan from Virus Total) and then if it is malicious you can rip the messages from all users inboxes. This feature alone is worth the price of admission.
