What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? Very easy to create a phishing campaign. Training is solid to get a LMS started.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The verity of content. We briefly contracted with another company for cyber security training, and after the year-long contract switched back to KnowBe4 because we could not find enough relevant content using the other company to fit our training needs. Also, the support with KnowBe4 is terrific. Their help desk is responsive, and their account managers provide outstanding service.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? One of the main upsides to the KnowBe4 training platform is that you can set up your campaigns in advance & schedule them to go. You can always create specialized trainings for subsets of your user base, which is also very helpful.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? Courses are short and hold user attention. Once basic setup has been completed on the admin side rolling out training to multiple groups/locations is very simple. I can't compare KnowBe4 to other competitors as I have not used others but this is the second company where I've been responsible for IT management and training where I've used KnowBe4. They've done nothing but get better over time, particularly on the admin side. ...
