"ALWAYS my Go-To for Cyber Security"
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The verity of content. We briefly contracted with another company for cyber security training, and after the year-long contract switched back to KnowBe4 because we could not find enough relevant content using the other company to fit our training needs. Also, the support with KnowBe4 is terrific. Their help desk is responsive, and their account managers provide outstanding service.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? KnowBe4 has a wide variety of training that allows us to train users on how to watch for phishing and scams that hit our inboxes so often. KnowBe4 enables us to monitor emails coming through and quarantine them to better protect the organization from ransomware and viruses. Additionally, KnowBe4 offers training outside of the realm of cybersecurity to help reinforce worker safety.

"KnowBe4 Quickly Reduces Phishing Risk"
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? Our failure rates went from 18% phish prone users to 4% in just a few months. The fact that I can send each user a different test at different times means these are true phishing simulations and users can't warn each other.
