What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? I love the videos and games and phishing emails. Our users have even commented on how good/funny the videos are. I also love customer service everytime I send an email my rep responds very quickly and if she isnt able to do it she provides me with other options.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? KnowBe4 provides a great service with excellent support and it's easy to use. They assign a dedicated representative to your account. That individual helps you complete your initial setup and get you using the service the way you want it to work. They also follow up with you from time to time to make sure you're aware of new features, new modules and new services to make the most of your investment.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? It was pretty easy to configure my first training. My representative was knowledgeable enough to walk me through the platform. ADSync helps to sync users with my AD environment.You can start with simple module and go to more advance one. You can use posters, games, newsletters,etc

"Great tool for cybersecurity training"
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? Employees have learned a lot of different ways to be cautious of phishing attempts through test email phishing campaigns. They have also learned many different variations of cyber security attacks by watching the informative training videos. Our assigned rep made initial campaign setup very easy and painless, and offered sample plans and suggestions to follow depending on how often we want to test our employees.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? So far the best thing of KnowBe4 is the awareness it brings to our users. Our users are actively questioning suspicious e-mails and thinking about security. Another big benefit is being able to add our own trainings and policies for our users to review and digitally sign off on.
