What do you like best? I like that my users are now afraid to open most unknown email because they are worried that I am "trying to trick them". Many users have pointed out how they delete emails because of the information they have seen in the training sessions that they were required to complete

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The campaigns/training's are always current and pertinent. The dashboard is very straightforward and support is amazing. I am impressed how fast we have seen a change in our organization. Being a governmental agency we are always on high alert for virus, scams etc.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The service is excellent but they also have very competent proactive support agents that are very helpful in setting up the service. They almost hand hold you during the setup process and they also do followup to make sure you are getting the best the service has to offer.
