What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? They have great support. All of their employees are very responsive. The training was quick and easy. The software is also pretty intuitive and easy to use.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? All of it!!! The training has been great for our employees, it's engaging. We are using the Phish testing and that has also helped our employees. We just purchased PhishER and look forward to getting that additional information.

What do you like best? Phishing and training campaigns are extremely easy to set up. Onboarding sppecialist has been very helpful. There is plenty of online help available as well. Very user friendly.

The support staff at KnowBe4, especially our customer success manager, have remained engaged and assisted us in implementing and driving adoption for security training.They've helped us setup campaigns, reviewed new features and made it easier for us to build timely security training that's relevant to mitigating the most common threats facing our staff and builds staff confidence and adoption not resentment.

"Valuable training that's easy to administer"
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The program is easy to understand and the staff at KnowBe4 are very helpful. We were able to get things set up and the phishing tests deployed in just a couple of weeks. It was great to get a baseline score so quickly. I was surprised to find that even with our in-house training, our users were still only average at spotting phishing. Users have improved dramatically in a few months.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? I like that you can phish your users then push them to do training if they fail! The dashboard is easy to navigate and reports are easy to produce.
