"Almost Everything You Could Want"
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? Their support. Anytime we have a problem or question we can always call up and get someone on the line almost instantly. What's even better is those people actually help us with our problems. We actually get the same people each time we call and they seem to remember who we are and what we're trying to do. We don't have to explain things as completely every time.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? Interactive web-based individual training. Set up "clickers" re-training for those that fail tests. Set a framework for monitoring incoming attacks to your org via Phish Alert Button, instead of turning your inbox into a minefield with every user sending you suspicious emails.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? I like how easy it is to setup phishing and training campaigns and tailor them to specific groups. I like the auto-enrollment feature for new users and Clickers.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? IT is just one of the hats I wear so I don't have a lot of free time. KnowBe4 has been so easy to use that I have been able to take advantage of all they offer without it every feeling like a burden. It is so well thought out that there always seems to be a detailed instruction or video available to answer my questions. The customer support is top notch as well.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? These days customer service stinks at so many places. KnowBe4 has bucked the trend. There's always a real person available by phone. They're always happy to get on line with you and walk through things with you. And a real person always responds to email right away.
