"Valuable learning tool for all levels of end users"
What do you like best? The training courses are very well written and targeted toward a wide array of skill levels. From the novice end-user to the "IT guy", these modules are all easy to follow. I am also a big fan of the phishing tests to keep our users on their toes! In addition, a KnowBe4 rep contacts me on a regular basis, informing me of not only ways that I can better utilize the tools we currently have in place, but any new tools that might be of use to us as an organization.
