We are able to target specific users who can inflict financial damage to our organization as well as those that have access to multiple resources. As part of defined groups, when employees leave or join our organization, they are automatically added to users for testing. We are also able to schedule periodic and Ad Hoc training campaigns.

I like that KnowBe4 has many options when it comes to learning styles, content, and training, but also gives you the tools to accurately measure your training's impact. With their training guide and suggestions it is easy to work with staff to help them not only prepare for attacks, but to allow them to be able to defend against attacks they have not been trained for since this is not learning by wrote but actual heuristic ...

We also use the Knowbe4 to conduct monthly Phishing training, random emails are sent monthly to employees to see if they practice what they have learned. We have also begun using non-technical trainings such as Active Shooter, which is very relevant in todays world.
