They have way too many tools to educate, train and test employees about the dangers of social engineering that I cannot name them all. My favorite is the phish tests that can be generic, custom and/or a bunch of "current events" that KB4 sees as the trends by the bad guys. What do you like best? I like that KnowBe4 has many options when it comes to learning styles, content, and training, but also gives you the tools to accurately measure your training's impact. With their training guide and suggestions it is easy to work with staff to help them not only prepare for attacks, but to allow them to be able to defend against attacks they have not been trained for since this is not learning by wrote but actual heuristic identification training.
