Pretty useful analytics and customer retention system.

What do you like best? The analytics of users visiting different products on our website and tracking the orders of users. What do you dislike? The segmenting features could be a bit more expanded, with wildcards for different string-values etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using Klaviyo mainly for marketing and newsletter purposes.

Easy for even inexperienced users to build email, but could provide better analytics

What do you like best? WYSIWYG functionality (drag and drop), incredibly easy for marketing professionals to learn to use with little ramp-up time, option to build in UTM links throughout a campaign so I don't have to individually update all the links within an email, easy to clone/duplicate existing templates, multiple prompts to double-check your work before sending to prevent errors What do you dislike? What do you like best? The simplicity of the system and its ability to track performance. The pitch was 30mins long but within about 5 mins we already knew we wanted to use this system for our email.
