What do you like best? If you're just getting started in email, Klaviyo makes it simple to get started in marketing automation with pre-built flows that can take just a few days to get started with multiple drip campaigns. The predictive next time of order feature is also a huge added benefit that I haven't seen in other email platforms. What do you like best? I really enjoy the workshops, especially showcasing different companies using Klaviyo. Also, the tech support team helped me resolve an issue before start. What do you dislike? Klaviyo makes revenue happen

What do you like best? I like how Klaviyo integrates with our Magento website. Seeing the customers journey online from sign-up to purchase, to repeat purchase is fantastic. A/B testing of campaigns is a great way to hone in on what's working and what isn't. The automated flows geared towards customer behaviors is great as well. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Segmentation is key. Klaviyo allows us to segment our lists much better than our previous provider. What do you dislike? It doesn’t render in outlook desktop very well. What do you like best? I find segmentation based on product purchases and collection interaction very useful. What do you dislike? Preview limits on email sends! They’re too low and hurt during promo periods. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More everyday. I’m just scratching the surface with capability.
