On other email marketing platforms (mailchimp) we had to use other sites and apps to accomplish what we can all on Klaviyo. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that the metrics are very easy to see on the campaigns dashboard What do you dislike? I wish the Reports were more prominent, as it can be difficult to track them down. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our flows have been instrumental to automating our marketing. We've increased our abandoned cart recovery rate.

Terminology and distinguishing between list and segments is quite confusing in the beginning. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
