What do you like best? Klaviyo is amazing. I like how its employees clearly see the direction they should go in. It has all the necessary data/metrics that are the most important for online stores. I like their analytics tabs that is very powerful and allows you to see how your email program performs right there, instantly, with just one click. Also the staff is very helpful. What do you like best? Though the advanced flows we have expanded our revenue streams and opened up our ability to upsell numerous additional products to our customers. What do you dislike? We are unable to create full customer profiles because each transaction by a customer overrides the previous one. Klaviyo is Great!
What do you like best? Klaviyo is a very efficient platform, straight forward and easy to use. As far as setting up emails go, we've never had an issue. What do you dislike? I wish it had a more organized dashboard with a simple overview. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's easy to use for email marketing, inputting creative assets is very easy.

What do you like best? Klaviyo offers a super easy to use interface as well as accurate data. Great tool for eCommerce retailers
What do you like best? Klaviyo is one of the most user-friend ESPs I've worked with. They are constantly releasing new products (usually ones that a customer has requested) and are always available to support all our clients. What do you dislike? Like Instagram or Facebook --- but for Lifecycle/Email Marketing
What do you like best? Klaviyo integrates with a ton of platforms so it is easy for me on-board my clients onto it. The platform is user friendly and intuitive for the most part. What do you dislike? Klaviyo, a money maker, a business inteliggence tool and personalization.
What do you like best? Klaviyo gives us the ability to know our customer, talk to them in a direct way and have revenue generator not depended on paid ads. What do you dislike? At the moment the atributtion to email includes shipping and tax and should be net revenue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? At the moment we solve relevance.

What do you like best? Klaviyo gathers the most data from your customers and let you use it to communicate with them in the most relevant way. What do you dislike? That the support hours end at 5 pm eastern time What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can learn more and understand better our customers.
