So much more robust than mailchimp

What do you like best? Love the knowledgeable team and the features that you can't get anywhere else. What do you dislike? You lose testing results if you stop a 50% random sample. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? personalized emails. better open and targeting rates.

What do you like best? All features are included in the platform and excellent knowledge base and helpful staff. What do you dislike? Mobile App needs further development - specifically ability to switch between accounts for agencies would be helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Efficiency and our clients love it for its simplicity after on-boarding. Integration with Partner Apps are amazing and ever evolving.

It has been a very nice and exciting journey!

What do you like best? I find the flows and campaigns very easy to follow and execute. The tutorials are easy to understand. The live chat is available as needed. Their overall customer support is easy to get and always provide solutions. We have ~25% of our revenue coming out of email at $0 CPA, which is great!! What do you like best? Klaviyo makes it super simple to segment out lists and connect to customers based on specific data that I didn't think possible before. What do you like best? Klaviyo is the most user friendly, easy to use platform on the market today. We love recommending it our clients for their ESP needs. What do you dislike? Nothing. Every time me or anyone from my team has an issue with the platform that we cant find answers to on the FAQ we can always rely on the customer service team at Klaviyo to answer our questions in detail and be sure we are fully satisfied with the customer service experience.
