Abandoned carts
What do you like best? I think this an efficient way of going about lost sales. Online purchasers do respond to discount codes. What do you dislike? No complaints at this point. Just the way the conference is set up maybe. Lunch set up needed more thought into it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Giving buyers a second chance through abandoned carts.

What do you like best? Klaviyo is simple yet complex. Everything that SHOULD be difficult is simplified, making it an incredibly user friendly ESP. What do you like best? Being able to see everything customers do on my website. What do you dislike? Does not have custom fonts. Dynamic coupons cannot be used correctly in flows with more than 2 emails. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Increasing revenue and retention

Klaviyo has been a fantastic experience
What do you like best? I started using Klaviyo with absolutely no email marketing experience. It was a super easy to use and self-explanatory user experience. And anything I couldn't figure out was either explained by one of the help docs, or a short eamil to the klaviyo team away. All of the Klaviyo support staff have been very helpful and informative. What do you like best? It's intuitive and easy to start up as a small business. You know exactly what you're building when it comes to building emails within the platform. Also customer support is super responsive! What do you dislike? Can't say there's anything I dislike. I love the product! What problems are you solving with the product?
