What do you like best about Klaviyo? Klaviyo is one of the best for eCommerce email marketing platform that I have used so far. The automation is user friendly, you can personalize newsletters or email by just clicking and dragging content.

5 brands migrated to Klaviyo was good so far
Onboarding our stable of 5 brands was pretty easy and relatively painless, Sophie made onboarding easier for us with her breakdown of best practices and helping with our lists. Our warming period has been completed and we're now into BAU emails, so far it's been a learning curve as quite different to other ESPs, but have been pleasantly surprised by the metrics so far. Sophie was always lovely and very helpful, her positivity was encouraging for us as newbies on Klaviyo. I did feel rushed ...

We switched over to Klaviyo from…
We switched over to Klaviyo from Sendgrid and have been quite happy with the results. The interface is remarkably well designed. It's easy to set up flows. Many of these are pre-designed and work well. The delivery rate is good, and I am not just relying on their dashboard: Google GA4 confirms that we are getting increased clicks on our website.

Excellent product with an awesome team
Recently made the switch to Klaviyo from ActiveCampaign and we are wishing we did it sooner - much slicker product, with incredible guided Onboarding and ongoing support from Growth team. Was so great working with Marius, wish we could keep him!
