What do you like best? Hands down the deep integration with Shopify. Segmenting our list by behavior has been a game changer, and has given us the opportunity to increase our lifetime value of a customer, and get more sales without increasing our ad budget. Klaviyo Lets Us Own Our Customer Journey

We love all the work Klaviyo has put into its API and this allows us to add all our customer data into Klaviyo to form a complete picture of our customers actions and make better more personalized communications. Big fan of Klaviyo
What do you like best? I find using the flows and custom templates to be one of the biggest pros of using Klaviyo. I love how powerful the customer analytics and tags are. I can't imagine using any other ESP for my ecommerce needs. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Love all of the configuration options, flow setup, segmentation, and responsiveness of the Klaviyo team. What do you dislike? Can be a little daunting at first for new users, but easy access to guides/workflow is super helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Providing clients with an incredible EMS and walking them through the initial setup.
