Great customer service!

What do you like best? We just signed on for Klaviyo a few weeks ago and we're already SO blown away by the experience so far. Everyone is so genuine and helpful, and it makes it so much easier. Klaviyo Changed My Client Relationships

What do you like best? The best part about Klaviyo is how personalized we can get campaigns and automations for clients, which ultimately drives all stats in their system higher, most importantly revenue and revenue %. What do you like best? I love all of the tools available through Klaviyo. As a first time user, I find the support that Klaviyo offers to be super helpful. What do you dislike? Easy software to email blast customers

What do you like best? I like how its able to segment customers into certain categories and email them. What do you dislike? There is a lot of work that goes into sending one email. Recommendations to others considering the product: We recommend it! Always a great way to send customers a mass email. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Best switch I was ever forced to make. :)

What do you like best? The ease of use once you learn the interface. Segmenting customers, send time optimization, and personalizing of emails.. Reporting is strong and flows make money while you sleep. It more than pays for itself once if you use it properly. What do you dislike? Learning curve can be a bit much. The absolute best ESP for Magento

What do you like best? Klaviyo has been the only ESP that we've had success on with the Magento sites we do development for. We specialize in customization on Magento and therefore have issues integrating with ESP's quite often. Klaviyo has been the only one that we've actually had an easy time getting our client's platforms integrated properly.
