What do you like best? I'm primarily a Facebook marketer. The ease of being able to segment customers and push audiences directly into Facebook is a time saver and has helped us generate much better targeting options more frequently. What do you dislike? Amazing software and great team
What do you like best? I love the responsiveness of this team. Anytime I've had a problem I email them and they are so helpful and quick to get back to me. What do you dislike? Not much honestly. What do you like best? Klaviyo has been a great tool for us as we’ve grown our business. Their solutions are always one step ahead of our needs and their customer service is outstanding. I love Klaviyo!
What do you like best? The program is extremely easy to use and intuitive. Flows and campaigns are easy to setup and the support on the help center is really nice if I can't figure something out. What do you dislike? The analytics tool is not capable of doing everything that I'd like, such as looking at the average campaign revenue over a certain length of time. We like to analyze our email numbers by season. Our seasons are 6 months long. So if there was more reporting I could get ...

Friendly staff and great platform that streamlines everything.
What do you like best? How fast it is to pickup and go. There are so many things you can do but it's easy enough to learn and if you don't know how to do something you can find the answers on help desk or support. What do you dislike? There is nothing i currently dislike about this company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting in front of our customers and being able to stay on their mind.

Klaviyo is the best!!!!
What do you like best? Been using for 2 years a now and love that they are always coming up with new ideas no how to improve our email performance. The chat support is amazing and have helped me out every time. What do you dislike? there is nothing i dislike about this product What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I truly love the amount of flexibility that Klaviyo offers. It allows you to get quick wins from simple campaigns or deep dive into powerful flows.
