Fantastic power
What do you like best? It's been super helpful to have such a powerful tool at our disposal. To the point where it's been overwhelming a little at times, but it always becomes clear. Klaviyo is the ESP for brands both big and small!
What do you like best? One of my favorite features that Klaviyo offers beyond their tremendous ESP capabilities is their customer support. Their live chat is always super helpful in quickly answering questions and solving issues. The support we get from our CSM is also a tremendous help that provides us with strategies and solutions. The switch to Klaviyo is a no-brainer
What do you like best? Klaviyo has just made everything easier for us. Everyone, regardless of role and skill-set can use it. Our creative team has saved time, our analytics team has saved time. Not a fan of this email platform.
What do you like best? The email editor is really easy to use - dragging and dropping blocks to create the email is a snap. What do you dislike? Almost everything else. The reporting is difficult to do anything advanced in. I detest having to completely cancel an email if the audience list or something else determined in the first step needs to change.
