There are good things about klavio

There are good things about klavio. There are bad things. Overall it feels like a typical ESP with some of the advanced features when it comes to segmentation however clearly lacks advanced automation. Also customer support can sometimes be extremely annoying

What do you like best? Integrations - One of the highlights of Klaviyo, it integrates very well with a wide variety of ecommerce platforms, especially with shopify to which it integrates perfectly well. If you are a shopify user, no doubt Klaviyo is a great solution. What do you dislike? Pricing is really a bit expensive, especially if you opt for the full featured version, this is certainly a problem for companies with limited financial resources. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? It is very easy to create templates and maintain campaigns on Klaviyo. The analytics of every campaigns are also very useful. What do you dislike? Some times the email template breaks when you make a lot of changes. That is something our team dislikes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Klaviyo allowed us to take our email marketing to the next level. It’s a great tool to set up email marketing campaigns and automated email flows.
