Love Klaviyo and their flows for email marketing and follow-ups

What do you like best? Klaviyo is a great tool for creating email flows and retaining customers. It works by allowing you to set triggers and a flowchart. So, for example: "If customer abandons cart - wait 24 hours - send a follow-up email with a 20% Discount". Where Klaviyo differs from other programs I have used is that they allow you to really create a flowchart which is super helpful. They've come a long way!

What do you like best? Klaviyo received funding about a year ago, and it's clear that they're putting that money towards improvements for their clients. They highly value user feedback and really take what their customers say into consideration. Additionally, their live chat function is great for immediate response/assistance on issues. What do you like best? I love the drip flows on Klaviyo, and how seamless this is. Before working on this platform we were primarily utilizing mailchimp, and I think Klaviyo blows it out of the water. What do you dislike? The "Live Chat" you're guaranteed is…

The "Live Chat" you're guaranteed is horrible. None of them no what they're talking about and they randomly end the call. A rep asked me to send them a pic of the issue they're platform was giving. I asked for 5 minutes to get the image. They said sure and then hung up after 45 seconds because they "didn't hear from me." Mind you, this was after waiting in the queue for 30 minutes. The platform also has so many bugs and issues, it's still in beta essentially. Only half of the services work. ...

What do you like best? Klaviyo allows you to see all your "flows" or funnels of email in a nice organizational chart type of visualization. This makes it really easy to see what emails will be sent when and your flow of emails/order. What do you dislike? It can be difficult in the beginning to understand exactly how Klaviyo works and you do need a little bit of training for it to be effective. Love how plug and play Klaviyo is with shopify.

What do you like best? Building lists and segmenting lists has been the most enjoyable part of using Klaviyo. What do you dislike? I wish there was a campaign resend to non opened option rather than having to clone the campaign and build a new list. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Super smooth cart abandonment and nurturing flows to keep customers engaged.
