Easy to use and reliable
What do you like best? Easy to use and stats. It's a very intuitive system and easy to use. We set it up and it does its job. What do you dislike? There isn't anything I've found that I dislike. Recommendations to others considering the product: An easy to use platform which will give you the stats you need to adjust your email marketing. What problems are you solving with the product? Bad customer service
What do you like best? It’s comparable to others. Nothing much different. What do you dislike? The customer service is way below acceptable. Terrible. Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. This is a business to business tool so they need an enterprise level customer service. Submitting a ticket and waiting 2 to 3 days for a reply or resolution is not going to cut it in today’s business world. They need to get there act together.

Outstanding Enterprise Email Solution
What do you like best? Klaviyo is the most utilized email platform with Shopify, and for good reason. The native integration with our store was a breeze, and special kudos go to the dedicated on-boarding manger we had for transitioning from our other ESP and warming our new ips. Few things go flawlessly, but this did. What do you dislike? I wrote 3 different emails trying to…
I wrote 3 different emails trying to ask for help on different issues, because even after following their guides for the whole day things still did not work.No response after 3 days, I paid $350 usd already on my first month.UPDATE: use the live chat feature to speak to them after u paid for a plan, and i got the solution i needed. just a bit annoying they wrote so many guides and its not very beginner friendly, u really have to spend a day or two to understand how to use klaviyo.

Klaviyo is blowing up the email marketing world, for a reason!
What do you like best? The workflows are simple and easy to manage. The program itself is intuitive. What do you dislike? I dislike that customer service and lack of integrated option for Facebook messaging. Recommendations to others considering the product: If nothing else, give it a try!
