Have been with these guys for years and after having a problem I have tried to contact their support for the last week with no response. They clearly do not value their customers. Stay Away.

Terrible - Campaign not send!

We migrated from Mailchimp to Klaviyo.Got all marketing ready, payed 375 usd for 15.000 subscribers and when all is ready from marketing, stock etc we launched the campaign.Just to get our account flagged and closed. And the campaign did not get shipped!And no online chat or anything to help!DO NOT USE Klaviyo for professional use! Maybe ok for hobby users, but not for professional ecommerce.
