"Targeted Email Campaigns and Flows with Segmented Audiences"
What do you like best about Klaviyo? The ability to create segments based on customer attributes and history is great. If I wanted to send emails to every customer that has made 3 purchases over a certain dollar value in an 18 month span in a specific state, I can do that with Klaviyo segments and campaigns. I can also create flows for things such as back-in-stock alerts, cart reminders, checkout reminders, and more. Klaviyo also integrates with our e-commerce platform, BigCommerce.

What do you like best about Klaviyo? The integration to shopify is such an easy process and the data sync is a treat. We use klaviyo mostly for the abandon flows and it has been converting really good.
