Really good experience with them
Really good experience with them. Super helpful over email. Their online real-time support can be a tiny bit slow but otherwise great experience.

They were very helpful
They were very helpful. I was trying to add a new analytic (which I didn’t do correctly at all) and they were very patient and helped me through it all until it was working.

Great support staff and product
At klaviyo's request, I'm writing this review based on a very positive help desk interaction. My my email lists were not loading new subscribers. Nerkesa resolved the issue very efficiently and with great character. Aside from this experience, klaviyo is a great software package for the price.

What do you like best about Klaviyo? Using Klaviyo gives your company and your customers value. It's easy to use for email, SMS and pop-ups. I like that you don't need to be an expert to use it.
