First of all, in an industry (i.e. tech) where so many companies are ignoring customer service completely or making it available only to top paying users, Klaviyo has robust and very knowledgeable customer support staff. What do you like best about Klaviyo? Everything about Klaviyo is easy to use, the flows for automated emails and the easy ability to be able to customise them really does make a difference to your AOV and CLV. The dashboard shows you exactly what part of your overall revenue is being generated from flows and campaigns so you can see how effective your marketing is.
