We have been very happy with the help and guidance we have received from Klaviyo in connection with integration and start-up. All questions and challenges are resolved quickly and we have had a very good start with our new email platform.

What do you like best about Klaviyo? Klaviyo is one of, if not the top email marketing solutions out on the market right now. Their plans are reasonably priced and the product is great.

Klaviyo team was very helpful and tutoring in our onboard period and the results spoke for themselves. I was also amazed on how fast the platform is evolving, constantly improving existing and adding new features.

Can't recommend enough! We upgraded to Klaviyo from a much smaller platform and are so impressed with how user friendly Klaviyo is, as well as allowing you to do some pretty clever things. Every team member I've spoken to has been super helpful and professional, ensuring we have everything we need to succeed. Love the virtual training, too.

I needed a more advanced email system and several people recommended Klaviyo. The functionality is impressive and the customer services team are extremely knowledgeable. The online training is also very good - I've learnt a lot. Very happy customer.

What do you like best about Klaviyo? Klaviyo is super simple to follow through on the website. The menus and the entire process are laid out clearly and efficiently. It pushes you to do better by showing tips and examples; it makes you want to click on more to learn; it helps you to look bigger and better; it develops a sense of 'marketing' instead of just emails. It is super easy to connect with other apps if needed and the support is always there!

Klaviyo is the easiest email system I’ve ever used and yet I’ve been able to use it to build complex automated email flows that handle all my CRM, marketing and transactional emails. The data segmentation is excellent, very granular. There are cheaper solutions out there but nothing beats the functionality and ease of use in my opinion. Plus the team at klaviyo seem to genuinely care about your success.

Great product, automates everything!

Before we had Klaviyo our emails took such a lot of time and development work to create. We were barely getting the basics out of the door. Now we have flows for everything and now that they're set up, they just run in the background. We get great reports and insight from the data. Over 50 per cent of our income now comes from our own list - it was in single digits before Klaviyo. Brilliant product.
