We have only been using Klaviyo for a short period of time but in that short space its clearly obvious that this marketing software can be a gamechanger for a lot of small business, especially if you have full integration from your ecommerce website into Klaviyo. Segmenting customers automatically into groups based on product categories is simple allowing you to send custom messages to certain groups of people (not actually done this yet though) but just by looking at the power it offers ...

What do you like best about Klaviyo? I've used many platforms before for e-mail marketing. Klaviyo has a great interface that is easy to use for everyone on the team, experienced or not. Klaviyo continues to innovate its product in the right direction. It is rare to use a platform that comes out with updates that are relevant to their customers. This means they really take the time to research and learn how to improve their product.

What do you like best about Klaviyo? They allow you to run your email and SMS in one place, which makes strategy across those two channels so much more cohesive. Not to mention the ability to segment customers to ensure you can personalize messaging based on specific interests, purchase history, etc.
