"Over 3 Years and IN LOVE with KISS Metrics!"
What do you like best about Kissmetrics? I love the raw data manipulation ability that KISS provides. Even if we have no clue what we will use the data for, we pass the properties into KISS for future use. Time and time again we have thought "oh thank God we passed that value in", because at some point KISS releases a new feature that makes data we passed invaluable! "Insightful Reporting for SaaS Companies Monitoring Engagement & Conversions"
What do you like best about Kissmetrics? I love how flexible the reporting structure is -- with so many styles of reports, we can look at the data around just about any way we need to. I also like that multiple people from the same company can use unique logins to access the same reports, so we are all looking at the same data view.

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? I like that I can simply put a ton of track calls in a single file and have it show up in the interface in literally seconds; Kissmetrics has awesome real-time tools.

"Perfect for funnels"
What do you like best about Kissmetrics? Kiss metrics is great for funnels, it's really their strong point. They also do a good job of keeping analysis defined to cohorts, which is a subtle but important point a lot of other tools miss.
