"Kiss metrics is the only metrics service you need. "
What do you like best about Kissmetrics? The most difficult thing to do is to use identify the metrics you need. Then it's easy to configure and to use. The engage feature is also very useful as it helped us increase conversion by 750% on some pages. More over the team is super helpful and their webinar are amazing. Definely the best metrics product.

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? For a very reasonable price I am able to understand how my users are interacting with my product and diagnose various product issues. The cohort reports and fabulous and even better now that the team has added filters.

"KISSMetrics, easy to use, lots of good reporting"
What do you like best about Kissmetrics? Our organization uses Kissmetrics to track user events across our web application and then to create reports on usage. It is used primarily by the product owner and developers but it is also available to support and sales. It enables the organization to make data-driven decisions about actual usage on our web app.

"Perfect for funnels"
What do you like best about Kissmetrics? Kiss metrics is great for funnels, it's really their strong point. They also do a good job of keeping analysis defined to cohorts, which is a subtle but important point a lot of other tools miss.
