"Works well for basic SaaS use cases, but inflexible for more complex businesses/analyses"

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? Common growth marketing reports like funnels and cohort reports work well out-of-the box and are fast and easy to create. The platform is good for users with an intermediate level of comfort with data who want to begin looking at growth marketing metrics but don't yet have the data skills to build these reports themselves.

"Great insights, long on-boarding, but worth the effort"

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? The Funnel & Activity reports are by far the most useful. The Metrics feature is useful in its simplicity. I've also come to rely on People Search when troubleshooting non-related business issues.

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? A great modern design providing easy access to advanced features for building complex reports. Much easier to craft a detailed report than in Google Analytics and provides excellent summaries for the user flow through various features on the site being tracked.
