I love how Kissmetrics goes beyond what we can do with the usual analytical tools and helps our customers to build profiles around individual users and the actions they take. This is hugely valuable information that our customers can then use to feed their marketing systems.

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? The product is very simple. It gives me the data I want and is fairly fast at doing so! It has a wide range of what it can do and analyze - which is nice. Across the business we use it for alot of different things between A/B testing and population analysis.
