We've been with Kindful for a year now

We've been with Kindful for a year now. Their CRM software has helped us be more efficient and up our game. They are always coming out with useful improvements. Their webinars are helpful not only in using their software but also in enhancing how your business is run. It's clear, their goal is to make each organization the best it can be.

Nonprofit

Our nonprofit has been able to better track and maintain our donor base since we started using Kindful 2+ years ago. There are several facets we haven’t used yet, but we are looking forward to the improvements to our donor management when we have time to implement things we have learned from guides and webinars. Thank you, Kindful! You make my job easier!

New updates are great for individual…

New updates are great for individual donor landing page. I do struggle when in activities/ contact. When building a report it is hard to find what I want to include. ie name, address, ytd contribution. Seems kind of random and not grouped well. Would be nice if there was a default. Sorry if I am having trouble explaining.

Easy interface with customization capabilities. Syncs well with key third party apps.

I love how staff is quick to respond to…

I love how staff is quick to respond to a question and walk you through it if need be.

Kindful has been absolutely essential…

Kindful has been absolutely essential for Friends of Kijabe. It pays for itself with the add credit card fee option at checkout. Support is great, plays nicely with other programs. Syncs with quickbooks, though does require diligence to make sure designations and funds are correct. Looking forward to switching to Emma for email sync possibilities.

Fundraising Software to meet all your needs

I have been using Kindful now for two years and am very pleased with the software. It is intuitive, and the company is always striving to make it the most user-friendly fundraising software on the market. They ask their clients input and they actually listen! I would recommend Kindful to any small to medium sized non-profit for productivity, user ease and the cost.
