Kindful is the best donor management system out there!

Kindful is a great system for any nonprofit seeking a donor management system. It's sleek, easy-to-use, and has robust reporting features to solve any donor query you've ever had. I love that it integrates with both Mailchimp and Eventbrite. Those are two other systems my nonprofit uses to manage our patrons. So I'm able to easily see on one record a contact and every ticket they've bought, every donation they've made, every email they've received/opened/clicked, and segment out patrons ...

It's a straight forward

It's a straight forward, easy to use donor database. It's reporting tools might not be the robust but it would be perfect for a lot of small to mid-tier nonprofit organizations. At our organization, it's particularly great because it allows multiple users to do data entry without much training.

Our initial transfer of data was rocky but the Kindful team did all they could to help us make the transition as smooth as possible. We received customized service due to our own particular problems and it was very appreciated. Lots of back and forth with the customer service people and now, a year and a half later, we rarely, if ever need help. So pleased with our decision!

Kindful is awesome!

Kindful is very easy to use and it looks great! Our website registration uses Stripe and it makes it so seamless that Kindful also uses Stripe.

Kindful was a lifesaver for us

Kindful was a lifesaver for us. We had donor records in a database, but no way to easily find relationships, track donations easily, and create reports. The ease with which we were Babel to send out tax information letters was worth it!
