We received customized service due to our...
Our initial transfer of data was rocky but the Kindful team did all they could to help us make the transition as smooth as possible. We received customized service due to our own particular problems and it was very appreciated. Lots of back and forth with the customer service people and now, a year and a half later, we rarely, if ever need help. So pleased with our decision!

Awesome software for organizing donor…
Awesome software for organizing donor data. We appreciate all the integrations. I do wish it was more intuitive to create different lists, and that there was more on-demand training available after you purchase though.

Kindful is easy to use and has made improvements since we started using in 2016. However, certain improvements that have been introduced this year are paid and beyond our budget to incorporate.

Kindful makes the information easily accessible! There are some aspects of the platform that are restrictive/undeveloped, but the team is very responsive to feedback.

Great tool when training is done and problems receive adequate support.
This is a great CRM that can be tailored to fit the needs of most any nonprofit. The difficulties lie in trouble shooting and initial training. Customer reps rely on printed help menus and often don't assume they have been read by the user. Complicated problems are referred to the "engineers" and often take weeks to be addressed completely.
