Great value for donor software

Kindful is a wonderful value for all the features it provides. I'm constantly impressed with the features they offer. I also really value their customer service quick response and how helpful they are. When you give a suggestion they take it to heart. I have always felt valued and cared for as a customer of Kindful. The reporting features are still a little difficult for me to understand and grasp at times, so it isn't as efficient as I wish it was. I can eventually get the report I want ...

Excellence in tech support, tutorials and customer service

The Kindful program is quite helpful. The staff and support team are exceptional and responsive and the tutorials thorough. The program was not 100% user friendly as far as figure out certain functions on my own and I'm pretty savvy, but the support team negates that issue with their prompt attention.

We love Kindful! We've been using this CRM for nearly 2 years and it's only gotten better and better. We do run into issues from time to time but the support team has been willing to help.

Great Platform with Great Customer Service

I have really enjoyed using Kindful for the past three years. Our office combined 4 donor and communication platforms into Kindful. It was the best decision we could have made making things more efficient and effective for our office. Our donors enjoy having access to view and make changes to their account. Exceeded Expectations

Kindful has proved to be an excellent donor management system for our small School. It is easy to learn and intuitive so that even volunteers can pick up on it quickly. Customer support has been excellent with my many many questions.
