Kindful is a powerful tool to help our small non-profit manage donor relations and conduct fundraising. I particularly appreciate the fast and helpful responses to our questions. There are a few things that would make life easier- like formatting thank you letters (and envelopes) and being able to hide data fields we don't use. But we are still learning. Kindful has been such a great tool for us to use -- it's user friendly, easy to navigate, clean and straight-forward. The only reason that I hold back on "5 stars" is there is one crucial process that is missing in Kindful that would be so helpful for our day-to-day use. We have been using Kindful for a little more than 2 years. Their donation forms and plug-ins are the best I have seen from any donor CRM. Their user-interface is simple and intuitive. And their service and user-support is very responsive. For the price, you can't find anything better [trust me, I've looked]. Kindful has been super helpful for our organization. Before Kindful we used a system of google spreadsheets and PayPal to manage and keep track of donation. Kindful has been a game changer for us. We are now able to track all donations accurately and process donations through PayPal and Stripe. There are so many useful tools in Kindful like the acknowledgements and peer to peer fundraising pages. We've been using Kindful for 3 years and I wouldn't change a thing.

Kindful is great for our organization. I've spent the past year revamping our use of it to maximize donor contact, and there have been some great results. I do wish there were some grant tracking features, and a bit more mobility navigating through contacts/activities.

Kindful is an excellent tool for tracking and maintaining your donor giving and information. We have found it so much easier to understand our donor pool and make plans on how connect them with our Mission and Vision. The only reason they are not 5 stars is because Kindful is not quite a full CRM. I would like to use it more for planning as a gift officer and they do not yet have that functionality. Kindful is excellent

Kindful is excellent, for the price point. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it would be nice to have a few more features to help us with annual contact record updating. However, I understand that more robustness comes at a higher price point, and I am very comfortable with the features I have now. 5 stars up and down for the customer service! They're prompt, ask clarifying questions as needed to make sure they understand your exact need, and provide very clear responses.

Kindful is very user friendly. It's simple and not as customizable as some of the other platforms. Although, for the price, we have found it to be a great solution for us!
