Great customer service!
Great customer service! I love the ease of use with the software integrations like with Quickbooks and Mailchimp. I am a very small nonprofit so any administrative time I can save is fantastic for me. Any time I've had a question, the response has been quick and thorough.

The software is great
The software is great! But it would be wonderful to get more training on it. Phone calls etc. Also it’s very American centric and so many of your emails are irrelevant to us Canadians.

Excellent for Small Non-Profits
As a small non-profit, Kindful has made it much easier to keep track of donations and donors. Being the only one on staff, I wear a lot of hats and Kindful makes administration easier when we don't have a full time person dedicated to it.

Kindful is easy to use on the donation side as well as on the user side. Customer service is always quick to answer questions and solve any problems we are having.

Happy Customers!
Kindful makes it easy for people to give! It's also easy for anyone to set up and launch a gorgeous online campaign in just minutes.I have had the opportunity to use many donor management systems at different employers and this is the most user-friendly, especially on the donor side. It's not the cheapest option but worth the money for the exceptional customer service and beautiful graphic interface.

We've had very minimal issues!
We've had very minimal issues with Kindful! For the most part, it's very user friendly and easy to navigate. The only two problems we've had are with the QuickBooks integration and trying to maintain the same information on both platforms without messing up one or the other and the crowdfunding features are still a bit challenging to customize and organize.
