Easy to use, but limited in some ways - views of a new user
We've been using Kindful for a fairly short period of time, but I can share some feedback based on our early experiences: - Lovely clean and simple design makes it easy to use - Easy to set up online payments and automate receipts, etc. - Nice functionality for crowdsourcing donations - simple and quick integration with email marketing platforms and other online services (e.g. Eventbrite for events) - the online help/documentation and videos are excellent - the response from the support ...

We made the switch from a high dollar…
We made the switch from a high dollar fundraising system to Kindful about a year ago. At first, we questioned ourselves but over time we have learned to adapt. Kindful has grown by leaps and bounds over the last year.

Saving time with integrations
We are a non-profit that receives over 3,000 unique donations each year. Kindful's integration to Quickbooks and the ability to enable peer-to-peer fundraising are our favorite parts, saving us tons of time in data entry. We hope that they continue to evolve their ability to design visually compelling pages and the back-end donor insights and relationship management tools, but we are happy with what we are getting for the cost!

Kindful always gives me information
Kindful always gives me information to keep the nonprofit I help running and able to conjure more donations. I have been able to get our nonprofit donations up 12% in the past year and we are more visible to people due to Kindful's help. I am positive that donations will continue to increase due to Kindful's assistance!!

Though I still have a lot to learn
Though I still have a lot to learn, the various individuals with whom I have interacted both by phone and via email have been very patient, insightful and willing to help in every situation. I look forward to my continued learning and working with these wonderful folks at Kindful!

On our organization's end
On our organization's end, we need to do a better job letting donors know they can now give monthly / recurring since we've set up Kindful.

Kindful is a great database
Kindful is a great database, user friendly, and has a great avenue to ask questions easily and get answers quickly. I do wish they had the capability to email directly from the contact page.

I love that Kindful has responsive…
I love that Kindful has responsive support and their developers are responsive to queries and updates. I'm still struggling with reporting, acknowledgement and third party integration features even after almost a year. Since my background is technical this seems more an issue with the product but could also be I just don't have enough time in my day to become that expert on Kindful. However, my impression is it was supposed to be "easy" to use. That being said, it is getting better with ...
